Responsibilities Include all but not limited to:
Reconcile all liability accounts by following accounting trace and escalation procedures, and ensuring that aged items are resolved timely.
Work with the Accounts Payable team to analyze and resolve payable issues.
Utilize SAP Financial Accounting system and Ariba for Procurement of 3rd party contracts, along with payable imaging tool, Readsoft.
Implement process improvements utilizing Accounts Payable tool Readsoft. Work to utilize tables, and optimize vendors.
Set-up Project Structure when new projects are opened. Review for capital vs expense treatment.
Perform intercompany reconciliation of purchases and sales for all company codes within Oronite.
Maintain and set-up users within Delegation of Authority (DOA) tool. Also, keep track of our local Table of Commitment Authority (TOCA) and synchronize with the on-line DOA tool.
Perform periodic DOA reviews, and user access review for Readsoft.
Perform the role of monetary approver within Ariba when new DOA is submitted.
Perform Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing.
Make recommendations and is actively involved in implementing work process changes within the Finance Department, as well as across other functions to continually support the organization.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Qualifications:
Accounting experience in a manufacturing facility
SAP experience in Payables module

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
